David Hennon
Dave graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S Degree, and his Masters work in Special Education. He has over 23 years experience as a mortgage professional and teacher. Dave has worked filling many roles in the mortgage field from owning his own successful mortgage business to that of a Vice-President of a major wholesale mortgage lender.
He knows the ins and outs of all aspects of the mortgage industry, and his time is in great demand.
Dave is an accomplished author of several mortgage books, plus he has written the state approved course work for the 24 hour Mortgage Broker Pre-Licensing class. Dave conducts seminars on mortgage training, mortgage software systems, government compliance regulations, and mortgage processing.
Dave is a consultant for large mortgage companies and has taught the 24 hour Pre-licensing class for many years for several mortgage schools and colleges.

Wayne Ridder
After majoring in Business Administration with a double minor at Taylor University in Indiana, Wayne spent ten years as a technical sales manager and commercial pilot before entering the mortgage industry.
Wayne has held many positions including 18 years in mortgage production as a Loan Officer, Retail Manager/VP, Wholesale Manager/VP, Marketing and Wholesale Account Exec before owning his own originating, processing and consulting firms. Wayne is a highly experienced FHA Direct Endorsement and Forensic Underwriter, and is particularly accomplished in FHA/VA origination, processing and underwriting.
Wayne has authored several mortgage books, and in addition to instructing lenders and brokers, he has served as an expert witness and trial consultant in federal mortgage fraud trials, as well as preparing attorneys involved in mortgage trials regarding industry terms, procedures and regulations.
Wayne has lived in Florida for 21 years, and resides with his wife, Christina, in Jacksonville. Wayne looks forward to being a part of your mortgage success
Jerry Collyer
Jerry received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has over 39 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Jerry has held many positions in the industry including owning his own mortgage company, Senior Vice-President of a nation-wide net branch company and National Director of Retail Operations for a Top 10 National Lender.
Jerry is currently President of the Florida Mortgage Professionals Association, a Delegate Council Member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Past-Chairman of the NAMB FHA Committee and the NAMB VA Committee, and presently serves on 6 NAMB Committees.
Jerry has worked on and lobbied for Federal and State Laws, Rule and Regulations including FS 494, FS 501, RESPA, TILA, FHA and VA.
Jerry has appeared on both local and national television and in magazines and newspapers though out the country.
Terry Krick
Terry has recently graduated with a Mini-MBA from the Crummer Management Program at Rollins College and has a BS degree from Florida Southern College in Math and Business Administration.
Terry has been involved as an Executive Recruiter for Middle to Senior Management in Mortgage Banking on a National basis for the past 20 yrs. As such, he was searching for production, underwriting and operations managers for national companies across the US that were interested in hiring key mortgage personnel.
His prior experience involved 7 1/2 yrs in mortgage banking as a VP of wholesale and retail production and as a loan officer. He was one of the first mortgage bankers in Orlando to start wholesale production and one of the first to receive the FHA DE underwriter and VA Automatic underwriting designations. Terry started his career as a Banker in Installment Lending with a Florida Regional bank.
Terry has resided in Central Florida for the past 38 yrs with his wife Kim and enjoys tennis and cycling.
Logan D. Payne
Logan began his mortgage career more than 30 years ago with a mortgage banking firm in Colorado Springs, CO. He has since enjoyed a productive career in the industry. Most recently he has served as President and CEO for a correspondent lender he co-founded in Orlando, FL.
Throughout his career, Logan has worked for large mortgage banking companies, correspondent lenders and boutique mortgage brokerage firms. His many years of hands-on experience are multifaceted, and include investor relations, marketing, originating, operations, secondary market and servicing.
One of Logan’s foremost goals is to make a tangible and significant professional contribution to the mortgage community. To help achieve this goal, Logan now concentrates his talents in teaching and public communication to help educate, inspire and energize those mortgage professionals actively involved in the industry. Specifically, he strives to ensure that all loan origination staff and their managers are capable of making responsible, ethical, and complaint choices that will lead to success for themselves their company and clients.
As an author, Logan has copy written an all inclusive CRM system, developed and facilitated a number of training curriculums over the years.
As an Air Force veteran, father of two wonderful daughters, and grandfather; Logan’s highest priority is to focus on what really matters in life.
