Why License?

Who Needs Licensing?	ALL unlicensed Loan Officers and Loan Originators employed by a Mortgage Lender or Correspondent Mortgage Lender. All Loan Officers, Originators, Processors and Underwriters will BE REQUIRED to have a Mortgage Broker License by October 1, 2010.
What You Receive from Our Course	You’ll get the best Federally Mandated NMLS education possible! This course will satisfy the 20-hour NMLS education required to apply for a Federal Mortgage Loan Originator License. You may take the course and test now but you cannot apply until October 1, 2010.
What is the Cost	Classes start at $289 for NMLS 20-Hour Federal Course.

Additional Info:	If you are a Mortgage Lender or Correspondent Mortgage Lender and currently employ LO’s, Processors or Underwriters that do not already have a valid Mortgage Broker License, then YOU NEED TO GET YOUR LO’S LICENSED AS MORTGAGE BROKERS BY 10/1/2010.
